Mindfulness & Processing Group

This is a mindfulness-based processing group for those who want to learn to better control their mind, thoughts and emotions and to be more present and aware as they walk through life.  The group will consist of no more than 8 adults.  Men and women are welcome.  The group is 6 weeks long and requires a commitment to practice mindfulness meditation daily throughout the duration of the group and journal observations that you may share with the group each week.

  2. Sign consent form and confidentiality statement

  3. Schedule your 15 minute get-to-know-ya session with me

  4. Make payment upfront of $270 (check or credit card)

  5. Next group dates and time:

    10/05/22, 10/12/22, 10/19/22, 10/26/22, 11/2/22 & 11/09/22

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.  This kind of awareness nurtures greater awareness, clarity and acceptance of present moment reality.  It wakes us up to the fact that our lives unfold only in moments.  If we are not fully present for many of these moments, we may not only miss what is most valuable in our lives, but also fail to realize the richness and the depth of our possibilities for growth and transformation.
