Navigating Mid-Life Women’s Support Group
There are so many challenges in mid-life...worrying about elderly parents - sometimes far away, grief, elderly parents and children still at home, all of the physical changes we start to see in ourselves, wanting more meaning in our lives, feeling lost, seeing life through a new lens...so much. I see a need to come together to support each other through these challenges.
This will be a 8wk long (60" group), at my office in Driggs and will cost $200 for the 8wk session.
I will facilitate, offer resources and provide the safe and confidential space to be together.
